DIGITAL SERVICES
We offer wide-format digital printing and finishing services, as well as 3D capabilities incorporated into our printing systems.
Jasper Plastics expands their offerings with digital services.
In January of 2020 Jasper Plastics added an HD 3D Wide Format Printer that allows us to manufacture one-of-a-kind backsplashes, shower walls, MDF dinettes, feature walls, clear or printed cabinet door inserts, and really any other wall or surface area short of kitchen and bathroom countertops (We are working on this capability now.)
We can print on practically any surface including glass, acrylic, MDF, and PVC. On many thicker or rigid surfaces, we can also apply a 3D build-up that allows us to emulate many if not most natural and man-made materials. This includes stone, brick, tile, wood, cement and even stained glass.
We are not in the business of cookie-cutter solutions. One size does not fit all. We want every customer to have a truly unique product, and we are happy to work with our customers to achieve that result.

Extremely high-resolution images of granite printed on the back of .188″ acrylic sheets. As easy to install as they are beautiful, and lightweight.

Durable and beautiful. Made from either acrylic or PVC, our digital backsplashes can be crafted any size, from any image or design that you and our design teams can come up with.

We can print on most any surface, including fiberglass, PVC, and acrylic, meaning that if you want the look of stone or metal but your coach needs to lighten up both in $$ and lbs – our digitally crafted components are the answer to your problem.
